Will I receive an acknowledgement of my order?
You will receive an acknowledgement of your order within 5 working days.
A confirmation of your order will follow showing full details of your order
including delivery arrangements, total costs and instructions for payment.
How do I pay for my shoes?
You can pay with a cheque or money order. Payment must be in Sterling.
Can I pay a deposit?
If you order a custom or special shoe, a deposit of 25% is required before
the order is processed. This is non-refundable. Details will be sent with
the order confirmation.
When do I send my money?
Do not send any money with the order. The order confirmation will tell you
when payment is due. The full cost has to be received before delivery of
the order.
What happens next after I sent in my order?
You will receive an acknowledgement. You will also receive a confirmation
of your order. If required you will send a deposit. When the order is ready
to dispatch, you will be advised and will then send the final payment.
How long must I wait for my shoes?
For standard styles you should receive your order within 28 days. For custom
and special shoes the delivery will depend upon the amount of work involved.
An approximate delivery will be given when making an enquiry.
How do I find out what size to order?
If you are unsure about your size, when you place an order I can send you
details of how to measure your feet.
What happens if the shoes don't fit?
If the shoes are a standard style you can return them for a full refund
providing they have not been worn outside. If you require, it may be
possible to alter the shoes to make them fit.
Is there any guarantee?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes you can return them
for a full refund.
